Yves is a first generation American born to Swiss Parents. He went to College of Charleston for undergrad and MUSC for graduate school getting his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. He is a Crossfit Level 1 coach, has his clinical athlete weightlifting certification, certified Mulligan practitioner, is a clinical director for Special Olympics in South Carolina, and is an adjunct professor for MUSC’s Physical Therapy Program.
Starting his career as a pediatric physical therapist, he eventually became a part owner of a traditional outpatient orthopedic private practice and ultimately sold his stake and started his own performance based cash practiceinside of a gym. He is the proud owner of Made 2 Move Physical Therapy with 3 therapists on staff and 2 locations in the Charleston area, not only focusing on rehab but optimal human performance. He is also a partner and head coach at Physical Therapy Biz, which is helping hundreds of other healthcare practitioners start, grow, and scale their performance based businesses.
He is a founder and partner in an online training business called Effective Fitness specializing in fitness for police officers and first responders. He is also a founder and partner in his own fitness product, Platinum Band, a loop fitness band.
